he ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance management.
• Provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Certification Implementation with QA/QC and Management.
• Manage And implement HR software like Zoho, Darwin Box, or any other similar HR system.
• Should be able to draft SOPs and Processes and Validate with QA and Process team.
• Do Internal SOP and JD audits, along with continuous improvements and pieces of training for improving the same.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree, or relevant experience,
• 5+ years experience in Human Resources,
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies,
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees,
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills,
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• + Box Grid Mapping Performance Potential Assessment
• Create Skill Matrix for the organization
• Conduct and organize events for employee engagements.
• And Other desired skills what A HR and An IR Manager need to know about
