Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance management.
• Provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Certification Implementation with QA/QC and Management.
• Manage And implement HR software like Zoho, Darwin Box, or any other similar HR system.
• Should be able to draft SOPs and Processes and Validate with QA and Process team.
• Do Internal SOP and JD audits, along with continuous improvements and pieces of training for improving the same.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree, or relevant experience,
• 5+ years experience in Human Resources,
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies,
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees,
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills,
• Attention to detail and good judgment.

• Create Skill Matrix for the organization
• Conduct and organize events for employee engagements.
