Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on roles such as software engineers, project managers, and technical staff.Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance for the office, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Foster a positive and engaging office culture by organizing in-person events, team-building activities, and other initiatives that support employee happiness and productivity.Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, helping to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.Ensure HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.

> Qualifications5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for technology companies.2+ years of experience managing HR functions, including payroll and benefits, within the Ahmedabad market.2+ years of experience creating and maintaining a positive office culture, including organizing events and employee engagement initiatives.Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers and project managers.Strong understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
