We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join our team and support our growing HR and Admin functions.
This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility and enjoys mentoring and training junior staff. You'll play a key role in guiding our HR Intern and Admin team on day-to-day HR operations and best practices.
What We Offer:
• Part-time role with flexible working hours
• Only 1 day per week required in-office

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to our HR Intern and Admin team
• Train staff on HR policies, processes, and compliance
• Oversee day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth operations
• Help develop and refine HR procedures and employee documentation
Ideal Candidate:
• 4+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or managerial capacity
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing part-time responsibilities
• Available to visit our office once a week
