Location: Keshav Nagar, Munduwa, Pune
Salary: upto 6 LPA
Looking for HR Manager that support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the
organization and human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources
policies, programs, and practices.
Role and responsibilities :-
• Ensure for completion of end-to-end HR Operational processes and smooth functioning of HR Department
• Responsible for workforce planning for all departments.
• Planning and conducting recruitment / walk in drives, induction programme for all new joinees.
• Accountable for End-to-End recruitment process for open position.
• Accountable for HR documentation completion for the entire employee life cycle i.e hire
to exit.
• Responsible for payroll on a monthly basis for all staff of school including Transport, and
Help staff.
• Responsible for filing various statutory compliances i.e PF, PT , ESIC as per the deadlines
set by the government
• Communicate effectively at all levels of staff and Management.
• Provide HR policy guidance to all employees and responsible for issuing memos to staff for
violation of policies and processes
• Formulate and implement HR best Practices / Policies and Process to achieve Functional
Excellence.
• Plan and implement HR Automation/ HRIS for the entire employee cycle.
• Motivate and support HR team members to achieve efficiency and promote teamwork.
• Handling employee issues, assisting in counselling employees and addressing grievances.
• Design and Conduct yearly performance appraisal for all staff as per process and guidelines
• set by the management.
• Facilitate and conduct Internal Complaints Committee meetings to maintain an ethical
and harassment free workplace for both genders and responsible for compliance set by government.
• Design and implement initiatives focused on Employer Branding.
Required Candidate profile:
-Graduate / Post graduate in Human Resources
-Prior work experience of 5+ years in core HR profile and handling team size of 2 to 3
-Abe to handle pressure, create rapport with the leadership team and work under deadlines.
-Analytical and result oriented.
-Strong Organizational, critical thinking and communication skills
-Organise and work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments within specified
deadlines
-Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
-Attention to detail and good judgement
