Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Shhambhawee Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant HR role
• Knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
