Randen Engineering Pvt Ltd is a well-established and rapidly growing engineering consulting firm located in Mumbai Kanjurmarg. The company is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee performance management including goal setting feedback and coaching
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Foster a positive and productive work culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources management in a similar industry
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
