Job Description
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate employee records and data to support HR decision-making and reporting.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
• Manage the recruitment process and work with department managers to identify job requirements, create job postings, interview candidates, and make job offers.
• Design and implement training and development programs for employees to improve their skills and productivity.
• Develop performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and create performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety regulations.
• Handle employee disputes or conflicts that may arise and ensure that employees are treated fairly and consistently.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
