Key Activities
• Structure the HR department to make HR a business partner
• Design policies for the HR department and revise them when required to ensure smooth functioning of the department
• Design the processes, SoP’s and approval matrix
• Ensure staffing as per target
• Development and rollout of Performance Management System (PMS). Create a performance-driven culture
• Create a talent pipeline and succession planning design
• Plan fair and exciting career growth
• Develop a robust Induction program
• Ensure maintenance of employee files and employee data
• Ensure that the team develops timely HR MIS to ensure that checks and balances are built in the ecosystem
• Payroll and leave management
• Ensure that all legal compliances
• Identify the training needs of the Organization
• Create the monthly engagement calendar - townhall, annual day, activities etc
• Employee delight
• Drive development Initiatives to continuously upgrade the skill level of the Organization
• Keep the team motivated and ensure the team performs at high productivity and delivers the targets
• Continuously seek opportunities for driving automation
• Continuously innovate existing system for excellence
