Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding Support: Assist in promoting our company as an employer of choice by helping create content that showcases our work culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Content Creation: Help write and design engaging content for our career page, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram), and other recruitment channels.
- Social Media Engagement: Support the management of the company’s social media profiles by posting content, engaging with followers, and helping to build an active online presence.
- Recruitment Marketing Campaigns: Assist in running recruitment marketing campaigns and help with outreach efforts to attract candidates through job boards, online ads, and email marketing.
- Event Promotion: Help promote recruitment events, such as job fairs or webinars, and assist in planning virtual or in-person candidate engagement activities.
- Data Tracking: Monitor the performance of social media campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives and assist in compiling reports to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to understand the company’s hiring needs and help tailor marketing materials to attract suitable candidates.
- Research: Conduct research on the latest HR marketing trends and employer branding best practices to suggest new ideas and improvements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, marketing, or employer branding.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
