Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in organizing training sessions and team-building activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Marketing:
Engage with clients to understand their marketing needs and queries.
Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing presentations and proposals.
Participate in client meetings to present marketing strategies and solutions.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, including social media, newsletters, and blog posts.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
