About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on finding and sourcing the most qualified candidates for a client's open positions
2. Screen resumes and help schedule interviews
3. Work on evaluating candidate qualifications and assessing their fit for the job
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
5. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
6. Help in the end-to-end recruitment process for clients
7. Maintain Excel sheets for the screened and shortlisted candidates
