We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR administrative tasks and providing support to our HR department. The Human Resources Office Administrator will be expected to maintain accurate records, provide excellent customer service to employees, and support HR initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and record-keeping.
• Manage HR software and maintain accurate employee records and files.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401k, and other benefits.
• Prepare and distribute employee communication, including new hire announcements and employee newsletters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations, including labor laws, benefits requirements, and recruitment procedures.
• Participate in HR meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a human resources or administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and files.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HR regulations, labor laws, benefits requirements, and recruitment procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and other relevant computer programs.
• Ability to work effectively with others, including employees, management, and outside vendors.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
