Hiring for HR/Office IT Admin Executive Position at a Financial & Legal Services Firm
Location: Jasola, New Delhi
Working days: Monday to Saturday
About the organization: Jawa Capital Services and its subsidiaries are a Group of Companies that offer a range of Financial and Legal services such as Merchant Banking, Audit, Corporate Finance, Valuations, IBC Consultancy etc. for various sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Edit and create new job advertisements on several job portals and websites.
2. Contact potential candidates to hire, analyze CV/resumes, and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
3. Hold initial screening calls, schedule job interviews and fulfill follow-up responsibilities to ensure a successful hiring process.
4. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires/interns, including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
5. Monitor, coordinate and supervise the maintenance of the office & its IT infrastructure, including the building - its air conditioning, Internet, PBX systems and other office utilities.
6. Conduct monthly audits of office expenses and supplies, taking measures to minimize extra costs.
7. Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scanning, document management and front office management as per requirement.
8. Coordinate the exit process for departing employees such as exit interview, task and information handover etc.
+. Interact with team leaders to guide & track employee behavior, attendance and timeliness.
10. Drive continuous improvement across the HR process.
Skills / Qualifications
· Strong understanding of HR systems and procedures
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
· Proactive, Organized and PUNCTUAL
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relevant field(s)
· Minimum 3-4 years of work experience
Remuneration: Up to Rs. 35k/month
