Description
Recruitment and On boarding: Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the on boarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, addressing employee concerns and grievances, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Assisting in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues, and supporting employee development and career progression.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs within the organization, coordinating training programs, and assisting in the development of training materials.
Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and managing employee records.
Policy Development and Implementation: Assisting in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement: Promoting employee engagement initiatives, organizing company events, and implementing strategies to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and HR databases, preparing HR reports and documentation, and ensuring HR processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently..
HR Projects and Initiatives: Assisting in various HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, talent management programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee wellness programs.
