1) Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
2) Maintaining proper records of casuals attendance on daily basis.
3) Assisting the HR executive/ Manager in policy formulation & hiring process.
4) Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews.
5)Regular followup with candidates and finish with the joining formalities/
6)Imparting orientation and training sessions for new joinees
7) Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
8) Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
+) Maitaining record of casuals contractors ESIC & EPF on monthly basis.
10) Assiting the HR executive in maintaning & monitering commn services such as Housekeeping, Security, Gardening & Canteen administation on daily basis.
