About the Role
The ideal candidate will assist in managing the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that the right candidates are identified and selected for open positions. They will also assist in administering and educating employee benefits, working with unemployment services providers to respond to claims and reviews provider reports for accuracy.
In addition, the successful candidate will assist in managing employee development, coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation programs to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing and hiring of HR employee team members.
• Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources, attend job fairs, and ensure documentation of outreach efforts.
• Network with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings.
• Monitor candidate identification and selection process, perform quality control on candidate identification and selection.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years experience in human resources management operations, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in human resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
