About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure effective communication across the organization
2. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, using MS Excel and our HRIS system
4. Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs
5. Contribute to the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers
6. Support HR reporting and analytics by gathering and analyzing data, generating reports, and identifying trends to drive decision-making

3. are available for duration of 6 months
