Key Responsibilities
• Administer and enhance the organization's HRIS and related HR platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all systems.
• Lead the rollout of new HR technology solutions and modules to improve user experience and functionality.
Additionally, the HR Operations Lead will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration, process optimization and policy management, audit and compliance, and employee lifecycle management. They will also oversee contractor management, global mobility, and team leadership and development.
