Job Description:
The main duty will be managing our clients’ recruitment initiatives by determining our client’s hiring needs, assessing their expectations, and monitoring the development and execution of sourcing strategies.
You’ll establish effective communication and reporting processes, oversee the delivery for open request and onboarding procedures. You’ll coordinate the hiring process with POCs and set hiring criteria and benchmarks that are aligned with the accounts’ needs and brand requirements. You will manage applicant tracking, and continuously work on streamlining the accounts’ hiring process.
You will also participate in other account projects, with emphasis on improving the accounts’ recruiting processes and account management.
Exceptional communication abilities are mandatory, as you will be the main point of contact between the POC and our internal departments responsible for client success management.
Responsibilities
• Manage sourcing, and interviewing candidates for our accounts throughout each hiring cycle
• Determine the scope and nature of the accounts’ recruitment needs and their candidate expectations to ensure we can reliably identify, source, and hire the right candidates for the role
• Determine specific hiring criteria and set benchmarks that are aligned with the clients’ business needs and brand requirements
• Oversee the creation and implementation of sourcing, assessment, and onboarding strategies to hire and retain top-performing employees
• Coordinate the overall recruitment strategy with the recruitment team
• Record the progress of our accounts’ recruitment campaign, identify improvement areas, and recommend updates or changes to the hiring process
