Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience in HR management
Knowledge of HR best practices
Knowledge in IT recruitment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office
