Manage the recruitment process, including identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience in HR management
Knowledge of HR best practices
Knowledge in IT recruitment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office
