Job Description
• Provide complete HR support to the location using the best practices and local
responsiveness approach.
• Feed in data on employees starts, exits, transfers in HRIS
• First-line support of HR requests in ticketing system
• Documents administration (drafting, signing, scanning etc.)
• Maintain compensation data reports, ensure timely update and correctness
• Support HR reporting requests – regular and ad-hoc
• Communicate with employees on their day-to-day queries.
• Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company
policies, best practices, and local law
• Execute and advise on HR related topics, policies, labour conditions, including HR
compliance consultancy and implementation of required procedures, preparing HR
reports, tracking changes in the local legislature and market.
• Ensure high standard of HR service to employees, including assistance the cooperation
with local payroll provider and social benefits vendors.
• Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and
operational issues.
• Being a centre of expertise and assistance in building the knowledge database on
matters related to employment, taxation and social security system in India
• Serve as a backup for HR Manager, supporting with employer branding and HR
partnering activities.
Who you need to be?
• 5-8 years of experience in HR Generalist role in NBFCs, Banks.
• Solid experience in HR operations, Compliance, Audits, Payroll
• Fluent English
• Ability to do Multitasking.
• Advanced PC user (MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Word, Google Docs, any HR
Admin system / HRIS)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fast in troubleshooting and escalations
• Solid organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory work from office (Chennai/Bangalore
