Job Title: HR & Operations Manager
Location: Jaipur
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensuring that our team and facilities are functioning smoothly. You will also play a critical role in managing our HR processes and building/developing our team and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations on site, including scheduling, staffing, and smooth functioning of the studio.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the studio's facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Develop and manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and performance management.
• Lead employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the studio's financial performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring that contracts are negotiated and executed effectively, and that quality and delivery standards are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR and operations management, with experience in the service industry/ education sector a plus.
• Experience in the administration department in the education industry is preferable.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and partners.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational processes and systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to challenges.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a fun and safe environment for them.
