Department: HR Operations - LFO ( Large Format Outlet)
Location: Chennai
Experience - 4+years
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel required for recruitment, training, and staff engagement
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the HR functions, including recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling, training, and induction. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Source sales staff and TMS candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Utilize communication, networking, and headhunting strategies.
Staff Engagement:
Conduct regular check-ins and calls with employees.
Ensure a positive work environment through proactive engagement.
Exhibit patience, effective communication, and a high level of interpersonal skills.
Grievance Handling:
Raise tickets for employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
Provide timely action plans and crisis management solutions.
Focus on Turnaround Time (TAT) and resolution efficiency.
Training & Development:
Develop and maintain a training calendar.
Create training modules and content.
Conduct market research to improve training effectiveness.
Utilize strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for training materials.
Induction:
Conduct welcome calls for new joiners.
Plan and execute monthly induction programs.
Deliver presentations using PowerPoint and strong communication skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and networking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to handle grievances and manage crisis situations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel frequently as part of recruitment, training, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR operations or a similar role preferred.
