Key Skill- transactions (Hire to Retire) over SAP/Oracle
Experience- 4 to 6 Years
Location- Pune ( Hinjawadi )
Details-
§ This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to process HR transactions (Hire to Retire) while maintaining high accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality.
§ Should be able to respond to queries from Employees and BUHR with empathy and sensitivity due to the HR aspects of the work
§ Able to publish reports basis data available within the HCM and manual trackers (if any).
Requirements-
§ Understanding of HR systems
§ Knowledge of HR process administration.
§ Knowledge of Employee data management services
§ Knowledge of leading ERP like SAP or Oracle. Netsuite exposure would be an added advantage
§ Analytical skills
