We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. As a DevOps engineer, work with developers to understand their system requirements to run their workloads and make them available while ensuring budget, compliance, and quality are not compromised. Automate systems wherever possible to make the deployment process quick and convenient for all the team members. Setup/manage/improve systems that help you constantly monitor the systems, and if something goes wrong on production, be always available to provide the support required to make systems healthy again.

We are looking for Executive - HR Operations to be a part of our company and work towards creating a happy and healthy work environment for the team and new recruits. You will be required to provide orientation and ensure employees' operational concerns are addressed.

Your contribution will ensure a better work environment and therefore improve the quality of work within Pepper Content.

● Onboarding Process Management - Taking care of Onboarding process management for full time & temporary employees, interns, consultants, professional services i.e reviewing their documentation and BGV check, systems access creation etc

● Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.

● Work very closely with HR Business Partners, help in executing employee engagement and training sessions

● Reporting on Talent insights - Maintain data sanctity by running periodic audits and using streamlined input processes

● Own Employee records, HRIS & other tools - Suggest improvements to existing modules and deploy fixes for operational modules and processes Create & support the company dashboard, various reports and analysis that will be required for Internal/external audits

● Acting as a link between the finance team and HR team with respect to filing the compliances.

● Helping the HRBP in coordination on Onboarding gifts, Diwali gifts, work anniversaries etc

● Ensure timely and effective management of monthly Payroll & Compliance delivery, managing final settlement and related formalities

● Preparing HR letters/ documents/ certificates/ offers as per requirement

● Policies & Process Management - Managing employee communication and sending out regular updates on policies or any other changes in the process

● Collaborating with multiple teams within and outside of HR function for data reporting

● Liaise with third party vendors and employees to resolve queries/ manage escalations

An ideal candidate must have:

● Bachelor's /Masters degree

● At least 2-3 years' experience in HR Operations

● Experience with MS Office, HRIS like Zoho would be preferable

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Good knowledge of laws and regulations of the workplace, employment and labour.

● Proven ability to multitask and total attention to detail

● Analytical mind with problem solving attitude.
