Job Description
As a Human Resources Process Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing efficient document management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with IT teams to design a tailored solution.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement and process mapping.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement a DMS solution.
• Provide recommendations on system configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the implemented system through testing and validation activities. This includes developing test plans, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documenting test results.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in HR and document management systems.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
• Proven expertise in creating BRDs, SRS, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, UAT processes, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
