• Onboarding: Prepare welcome packages, conduct orientation sessions, facilitate introductions to team members, and provide department overviews.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee data, update files with relevant documents, and process changes in employee status.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and conduct basic investigations as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, maintain employee files, and assist with updating company policies.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, assist with HR projects, and maintain filing systems.
