Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, combined with an understanding of the IT and digital marketing industry. You will manage, guide, and train employees, while ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a high level of talent within the organization
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining company culture and work-life balance
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree in HRM or MBA preferred
Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Manager, or other HR Executive
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication and people management skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
