Immediate joiner preferred
1. Coordination with HR and Sales team for all new Joinee hiring, onboarding and asset allocation and asset maintenance.
2. Ensure resource availability and allocation (Attendance management, Leave management).
3. Monitoring of HR policies being followed by team members across locations.
4. Use appropriate verification techniques to monitor the tasks performed by team members.
5. Monitor the dashboards being sent across to the client stake holders are on time.
6. Report and escalate to management as needed.
7. Â Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
8. Establish and maintain relationships between client and team members across locations.
+. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Maintain the correct and updated database about projects and details as deployed resources,locations, billing values.
11. Performance review of team members, Inline to discussions to the client and his project requirements.
Also having experience in recruitment.
