You will be reporting to and mentored by the Managing Director & Chief Process Architect of Liberation Coaches Pvt. Ltd., Prof. Vijaya Suvarna.
The role is very dynamic and needs exceptional People Management, Persistence, Logical Reasoning, Documentation and Creative Thinking capabilities. The job involves active multi-locational travelling and networking with Top Management and Directors of Organizations. 1. Managing HR & Training Consultancy Projects
2. Allocation & Scheduling Consultants & Trainers at Multiple Locations
3. Report Generation of PMS Activities
4. Personality Analysis & Reports
5. Consultancy Activity Audit
6. Presenting OD / Process Audit Findings to Clients
7. Client Orientation to Consultants
8. Tracking of HR & Training Projects
+. Inhouse Team Building
10. Managing a Team of highly competent and passionate HR Professionals, Consultants & Trainers
11. At the next level, you will also be part of the execution team for OD projects

• Excellent HR Conceptual Foundation
• Quick to think and quicker to act
• Enthusiasm to learn, learn and learn some more
• Exceptional skills in influencing, networking and intuitive thinking
• Multi-Lingual Communication and Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one more regional language
• A personality to inspire confidence
• Very high ethical standards and commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
