HRSS-Exit Process
Location: Pune
Experience- 3-6 years
What's this role about?
Managing Exit process, support in joining formalities and updating employee file management data.
Here's how you'll contribute:
• Managing Access Control -PAN India
• Review all secure ODCs access, Cards holder report on quarter basis and managing the internal and external audit.
• Maintain access control attendance data and backup activity of access control server on monthly basis
• Assessing and providing support to PAN India locations of access control technical issues from headquarter location
• Collaborating with the stakeholders and vendors for smooth functioning of access control operations activities
• Maintain access control attendance reports and lost card report on monthly basis for payroll process
• Managing Exit formalities – PAN India
• HR Operation Score Card update
• Compliance - Employment related
• Internal & External Audit Support (ISMS & E&Y Audit)
• Coordinating with People Partner on the Exit process.
• Extending the support in HR Operations Activities
Desired Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of the nuances of Diversity and Inclusion
• Educational qualification in Human Resources
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
