Required Human Resource Intern -
Medworld requires a Human Resource Intern to fulfill company openings on time.
Responsibilities -
Hiring new staff as and when required.
Keep watch on all existing employees, their work performance, and their behavior with one another.
Keep searching for new employees who can give better outputs to the company.
Keeping some candidates in the pipeline for instant hiring.
Offered from a company -
The company will offer a full-time job if the candidate performs well.
The candidate will get an Internship certificate after completion of the internship.
The company will pay a stipend as per the interview of a candidate.
Qualifications -
Any MBA (HR) or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent in social media handling and using it for company benefits like posting ads, and increasing company. connections, and searching for new candidates.
Excellent in using job posting sites like Work India, Naukri.com, etc, and knowing its hidden things.
Excellent in keeping good relations with employees, vendors, and all
