Responsibilities
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods
• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs specifically in BFSI domain. (Risk/ Treasury/ FRM- Non-functional profiles)
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
• Knowledge on ATS.
Education Required: B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA/ PGDM
