Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions. If you have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of candidates and keep them informed.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote Heleum’s brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with policies and laws.
- Reporting: Provide updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication, ability to build relationships, proficiency with ATS and recruitment software, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of employment laws.
