Role: HR Recruiter (On-site | Jaipur)
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role involves writing job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting employer branding and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Talent Acquisition & full recruitment cycle
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ATS and hiring platforms
• Problem-solving attitude & attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field
• Prior HR/recruitment experience preferred
