Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist (Internship to Full-Time) at Dehli Hardware Group in Jaipur. The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing employee training plans, recruiting outreach & management, HR policies, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis for Dehli Hardware and other business extensions of the family.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
• Knowledge of good HR Recruiting Practices
• Strong understanding of HR Recruiting Tactics and Procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
