Human Resources Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to serving as a company liaison between management and employees, recruiting and hiring, and serving as a benefits administrator and retirement.
Job Duties
Represent Renco in regard to employee relations
Recruiting of new employees that can be an asset to Renco
Advertise for and conduct interviews of prospective employees
Schedule and prepare for company events and activities
Onboard new employees – phones, computer access, gate access, voicemail access
Conduct exit interviews of departing employees
Set up and manage healthcare benefits for employees
Set up and manage retirement options for employees
Monitor employee morale
Provide for employee apparel
Recordkeeping of employee service, pay, liability, and workmen’s compensation issues
Ordering of phones, computers, etc.
Other duties as assigned

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Colorful, enthusiastic, and desire to interact with others
Prefer an easy-going atmosphere, people, and stable environment
Strong computer skills

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Some customer service experience required
Some accounting experience preferred
Experience with a busy multi-line phone system preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, and/or CRM preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Reliable transportation required
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
