Job Description
- Work closely with consultants to source, headhunt candidates for vacant positions and close positions within TAT.
- Manage HR Operations - leave and attendance, employment letters, on-boarding and exits of employees.
- Manage and conduct Employee Engagement in line with the Engagement calendar and budget.
- Manage labour compliance and statutory requirements with respect to employees and keep oneself abreast of the recent developments in labour compliances periodically.
- Manage promotions, transfers, increments and appraisals of the employees in line with the company policies.
- Play an active role in policy formulations and implementation.
- Be a one of point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinarian actions and serve as a connect between the management and staff for matters concerning the overall welfare of the organization.
- Maintain employee records in an organized fashion and update the same from time to time.
- Coordinate and manage employee salaries, taxability. Serve as a one point of contact for queries pertaining to salary/bonus payouts/loans /advances/Income Tax/Form 16, Declarations and Final Proofs, etc.
- Responsible for employee welfare initiatives and building a strong culture based on integrity, ethics and values.
