Basic Qualifications:
• The candidate should have HR shared service experience, particularly in HR operations and services within a shared service environment.
• They should be well-versed with HR processes and technology, including HR management systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, or SAP, and workflow management tools like HR ISD service now.
• An in-depth understanding of hire to retire processes is required, with a particular focus on the offboarding space in a multi-geography shared services environment.
• The role involves managing offboarding in APAC countries (excluding China), including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, etc.
• The candidate will work on payroll inputs preparation and sharing with the payroll team for accurate employee payouts.
• They are expected to have an eye for detail to ensure accurate payroll inputs and avoid stakeholder dissatisfaction due to incorrect payouts.
• This role is primarily focused on offboarding processes but may also involve training in other areas based on business requirements.
