Job Description
We are looking for a smart and resourceful individual who will work on overseeing all HR shared services scenario for our partner business.
The charter for this role will include:
• Provide recruitment support through a team for the business
• Enable onboarding for all new joiners
• Execute training and development programs with the internal team
• Support in HRMS rollout
• Take up additional HR Ops responsibility in coordination with head hr
Ideal Persona:
• Hands on, adept at multi-tasking
• Able to coordinate between teams to enable HR synergy
• Able to connect with all stakeholders and execute business objective
• A management degree would be preferred.
Please note this will be based out of Mumbai.
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
