Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Specialist – Turkish Speaker to support our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee international recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Create and disseminate job advertisements in various professional portals and platforms.
Nurture relationships with potential hires through targeted outreach efforts on social media.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish clear qualification criteria for future employees.
Screen and evaluate resumes and job applications to identify top talent.
Conduct in-person interviews for a wide range of roles, from junior to executive positions.
Track and analyze key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Foster open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed of next steps and timelines.
Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Develop and review compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
Implement employee development plans, focusing on training and growth opportunities.
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review sessions, providing feedback and coaching to help employees achieve their full potential.
Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for, such as extra leave days or flexible work arrangements.
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status, maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel data.
Maintain organizational charts, detailed job descriptions, and salary records, ensuring transparency and consistency.
Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational values and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to employees' queries and concerns, providing timely support and guidance.
Stay abreast of changes in labor legislation and ensure the organization remains compliant, adapting policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, with a strong track record of success.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as BambooHR.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and contexts.
Familiarity with the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to post-hire onboarding.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Able to think critically and analytically, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Capacity to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
