Directly collaborating closely with industry leaders like OpenAI and building fast.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
• Manage statutory deductions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Manage the offboarding process, and ensure all formalities are completed.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that employee relations are managed fairly and in accordance with company policies.
• Provide support and advice to management on handling difficult employee situations.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace cultures.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and make improvements.
• Work closely with the co-founders to align HR strategies and assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a background in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teams.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
