Job Description
As an Executive/Sr Executive/Manager- Human Resource at Kogta Financial India Ltd, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates from various channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals. You will also be coordinating joining formalities for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process and handling exit formalities for outgoing employees professionally. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing HR strategies and policies that align with the business objectives and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements related to human resources. Your responsibilities will also include managing leave and attendance, handling employee grievances, and documenting new joiners.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a similar field. You should possess a strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies.
