Managing end-to-end Recruitment Process (Talent Acquisition)
Handling 200 salon team members
Initiating employee engagement activities
Retention & Exit Management
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Data Management
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Salon visits as per the assigned zone
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 5 -7 years of experience in Human Resources
Must be a postgraduate or have a Masters degree in HR
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and people skills
Should have experience in leading teams
