With an assortment of 2 Million ++ SKUs; we are using Big Data and ML to help Brands scale thru the right Data analytics. We are one of the biggest aggregators for Amazon and a few other e-commerce platforms in categories such as Home Furnishing, Home Lighting, Storage, Decor, Lawn and Garden, Automotives, Pets, etc. eTrade is into e-commerce Retail excellence from last more than 10 years.
eTrade Marketing is seeking an HR Specialist who is excited about helping our leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations for innovative programs that improve performance, retention and drive the overall employee experience.
They will be required to act as the frontline consultant in creating a positive employee experience, offering consistent HR advice on people matters. They operate and are seen as subject matter experts, having sound knowledge of the company's programs, processes and policies, offering a strong and compelling point of view around HR-related matters, thus building credibility. While doing this, the HRSs are continuously raising the bar on harmonizing practices across businesses and sharing best practices.
Responsibilities
Key job responsibilities of HRS will be responsible for talent management processes, people development, and employee relations concerns. HRSs must be strong and in a position to spot trends, identify emerging needs, and address them with innovative people programs, tools, and processes.
• Recruit and Onboard new hires; Manage Payrolls, assist leaders in performance management and provide feedback.
• Design and drive programs for employee retention and overall employee experience.
Employee Relations and Support:
• Process ownership for Employee Relations management, including disciplinary & performance improvement & exit management.
• Consult managers on people matters that require in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Performance Management :
• Work with Business Leaders end to end on performance management cases. This includes consulting on performance concerns, assisting them when starting the process.
• Analyzing data and observations across the organization, highlight trends, and recommending/drive solutions, as appropriate.
HR Specialist Role:
• Act as stewards of the employee experience and eTrade culture keepers.
• Act as POC and Program Manager for people tools, processes, programs or projects assigned
• Complete cross-functional projects and develop programs that improve the employee experience and increase business efficiency in a more harmonized environment.
• Able to address general inquiries from managers and employees which are not addressed through self-service channels • Support employee issues such as job code changes, escalations etc.
The ideal candidate will lead along with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications
• MBA (Regular) is a must from Top Tier College
• 8+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and demonstrate ability to improve talent retention strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
