Job Description
• Participate in new projects' staffing meetings
• Manage all policies related to consultants, including modifications to the current one as and when needed
• Manage all HR tasks related to consultants and staff hiring
• Record attendance, holidays, vacations, leave with and w/o pay, track leave eligibility leaves already availed and balance of leaves
• Organize and maintain Consultants' and employees -records: electronic and paper copies.
• Ensure all HR databases, electronic and paper versions are up to date, accurate, and comply with the office's Terms of Contract and policies and local laws
• Manage the recruitment process and interviews
• Be responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction of all new consultants and employees into the organization
• Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, travel, meal and other reimbursement details, and other deductions to payroll consultants and employees in a systematic accounting-suitable format for processing reimbursements
• Renew Consultants' Contracts in a timely manner, as determined by the leadership
• Distribute Outstanding Performance Certificates and awards, as determined by the leadership
General Responsibilities -
• Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication and work
• Record all Consultants' and employees' grievances formally, forward them to the concerned departments, and follow up for resolution.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the office (be specific)
• Play the role of consultants and employees' champion by keeping communications channels open
Education & Skills -
• A Graduate degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin
• Work experience with a professional organization is a must.
• Experience with Architecture firms will be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Proficient in HR management software(s)
• Fluent in English
