Essential Responsibilities
Ensures employee records and files follow current Human Resources policies and guidelines.
Responsible for managing employment verification process.
Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through collaboration with HR Finance leaders prior to implementing information system changes.
Develops and runs Ad-hoc reports on a routine basis for HR and business leaders utilizing SAP queries, ADP, Workday, and Microsoft excel.
Manages data integrity & confidentiality in company-wide HR System (SAP HR, Web Benefits Design, ADP HR, various vendor sites). Routinely performs audit of data accuracy and consistency.
Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database information specifically the Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Development/Management (PA) SAP modules.
Coordinates HRIS upgrades, changes, customization and tests, implements, maintains the HRIS database
Works with Rewards Specialist to coordinate annual open enrollment, including info sessions and answers employee benefit questions via phone, email or chat.
Liaises among IT, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance in support of Human Resources Operations.
Maintains the Service Award database and provides milestones information to Human Resources Business Partners.
Supports the HR team with monthly induction/orientation and onboarding programs.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or other relevant subject.
Completion of a master’s degree in a closely related field from an accredited college or university may substitute for two (2) year of the experience requirement.
Three (3) years of progressively responsible and difficult professional experience in Human Resources and/or Information Technology.
HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now, SAP or Workday preferred).
Experience with general human resources practices and regulatory requirements.
Microsoft SharePoint; Microsoft Excel.
Languages:
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
