Job Description:
As an HR Lead at EEPL, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the highly competitive technology market in India. You will be responsible for the continuous recruitment of new team members, as well as building and nurturing a positive company culture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business requirements and develop hiring plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive company culture.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of the job market for technology roles in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
