Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth on boarding experiences.
HR Policy Development:
Support the director to create HR policies and procedures that align with our agency's values and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Continuously review and update policies to adapt to changing needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR matters.
Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive agency culture.
Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that our agency's values are upheld and promoted.
Performance Management:
Design and implement a performance management system, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development plans.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Identify training and development needs to enhance employee growth and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
